The Mission of Bailey Christian Church Children's Ministry is to work together to show children the love of God and teach them how to live out their faith, and grow in that relationship. Our strategy comes from the "Orange" philosophy. Orange is the Light of the Church (yellow) combining with the Love of the Family (red). This equals a greater influence in impacting a child's life for Christ.
We want all leaders speaking with one voice to influence the life of a child. In other words, every volunteer will receive the same training in order to teach, lead, and interact in a similar manner. We want every child to trust in Jesus in a way that transforms how they love God, themselves, and the world around them. We, also, want children to be in a small group of peers who are connected to a consistent adult who can guide their spiritual growth.
At BCC, we know that parents have the primary role of training and teaching their children to be followers of Jesus. We want to come alongside parents; to encourage, equip, train, support and pray for them in that mission to raise Godly young people who will impact the world around them.
In the KidsZone, Bailey Kids learn about Jesus through large and small group settings. They experience high energy worship times and teachings, and then break into small groups for discussion and further application lessons.
