At BCC, we believe that a healthy church "Shares the Load" through time, treasures, and talents.  We believe that in a healthy church, every member serves in some way.  In 1 Corinthians Paul states that each person has been given a gift from the Spirit in order to serve others.  At BCC, we have various ways for you to get involved, volunteer and serve others.

Volunteer Opportunities

Fellowship

Our  fellowship volunteers  provide a welcoming and inviting environment; and create an environment of fellowship through our Cafe Ministry and our Fellowship Ministry.

Hospitality

Our hospitality volunteers demonstrate love and warmth, as well a welcoming guests and members as a Greeter or Welcome Center Host.

Facilities

Our facilities volunteers ensure that all buildings are in the best condition and ensure that the grounds of the BCC facility are as attractive as possible through our  Facilities Team and our Grounds Team.

Safety and Security

Our safety volunteers provide an environment where if a medical need arises, the right personnel with the right resources will respond to ensure that all others are safe.
Our security team volunteers create a safe and secure environment so that all guests can participate in the worship experience safely.

Use your unique gifts to help build the Kingdom.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

Simply click on the Sign up to Serve button above and fill out the form.  Once the form is received, it will be forwarded to the appropriate ministry team leader who will follow up with you.


How do I volunteer with kids?

We are always looking for folks to help with our KidsZone areas; from Nursery to K-4th.  See the Children's Ministry page for more information on these children's areas and the volunteer form.

What if I don't know what my spiritual gifts are?

BCC has a Spiritual Gifts Discovery  Survey that you can take for free.  It is 64 questions and takes less than 10 minutes.  You will immediately receive feedback regarding your top three spiritual gifts along with possible areas to use those gifts.  Follow the link below to take the survey.

How do I volunteer with students?

We are always looking for folks to be sponsors in Velocity and Vine student groups.  See the Youth Ministry page for more information on these areas and the volunteer form.
